ATOS Q - ACCURATE 3D SCANNER
ATOS Q is a line of specialized scanners for testing in most industrial production industries. ATOS Q has the ability to change the measuring lens, thereby adjusting the measuring size range, ready to meet all the needs of scanning objects with many different sizes.
ATOS Q has 2 models 12M and 8M. The probe can capture up to 2 x 12 million or 2 x 8 million waypoints during scanning. Users can fully adjust the accuracy, resolution as well as the size of the measuring area.
Advantages: High accuracy, fast scanning speed, strong light source, measuring objects with glossy and dark surfaces.
Application: Casting, Plastic Injection, Consumer Electronics
NEW QUALITY STANDARD FOR PRACTICAL 3D SCAN TECHNOLOGY
ATOS Q captures millions of pixels at each scan, generating high-resolution three-dimensional data of measured objects such as machine components, mechanical assemblies, manufacturing tools, or molds.
With its compact design, high performance, and accuracy, the ATOS Q 3D scanner is the ideal solution for your dimensional inspection, reverse engineering, rapid prototyping, CFD/FEA analysis, assembly needs virtual and other applications in the production process.
SALIENT FEATURES
HIGH SCAN SPEED
ATOS Q uses GOM's latest Blue Light Equalizer lighting technology. With the ability to increase the source's brightness up to 1.5 times, ATOS Q can collect 3D data quickly with very low noise.
TRIPLE SCAN PRINCIPLE
ATOS Q allows for each shooting step, the object image will be collected from 3 different angles. Along with being equipped with a stereo camera system and precise calibration, ATOS Q can scan all complex objects in a short time.
CUSTOMIZE MEASUREMENT AREA
Ability to change measuring lenses with 5 options: MV50, MV100, MV170, MV270, MV350, MV500.
FLEXIBLE
The ATOS Q is a highly versatile system capable of handling complex test tasks by means of manual, semi-automatic, or fully automatic operation when integrated with the ATOS ScanBox 4105.
High-precision bright fringes are projected onto the object's surface and captured by two cameras, based on the stereo camera principle. GOM's lighting technology works with blue light with a narrow frequency band, capable of filtering ambient light that causes interference during image acquisition.
MANUAL OPERATION
With a weight of only 4kg and a compact design, the ATOS Q is very light and can be easily transported. The instrument can be mounted on a tripod in the measuring room but can also be used mobile in the production workshop.
Semi-AUTOMATIC OPERATION
In combination with a tripod or table stand and GOM ROT 350 turntable or with a motorized kit, the ATOS Q can operate semi-automatically.
AUTOMATIC OPERATION
ATOS Q achieves maximum efficiency when integrated with ATOS ScanBox 4105. This system can control mass product quality with high performance and reliability.
